BTI’s Automatic Rear Axle Balancer is a fully automatic, 1,000 lb capacity machine built for heavy rear axle and RDU (rear drive unit) assemblies. It combines dynamic balancing with automatic drill correction, removing material at the precise location and depth needed to bring each part into tolerance without operator intervention. Integrated part marking identifies each balanced unit for traceability through downstream assembly. The system is designed for high-volume axle and driveline production where consistent, repeatable correction is critical to ride quality and bearing life.
