Dynamic Aluminum Fan Balancer with Automatic Rivet Correction
This dynamic balancer is built for aluminum fan production, using a BTI horizontal platform measurement system paired with automatic rivet correction. Rather than removing material to correct imbalance, the machine adds and sets rivets at the calculated correction location and weight: a correction method suited to metal fan wheels where drilling or milling isn’t the preferred approach. The horizontal platform configuration fits the wheel geometry typical of aluminum fan production.
