Horizontal Speedometer/Tachometer Needle Balancer
This horizontal balancer is built for a very different scale of part than most of BTI’s equipment: speedometer and tachometer needles, which are low-mass instrument components used in automotive gauge assemblies. Balancing a part this light and small requires a measurement system sensitive enough to detect and correct imbalance well below the threshold that would matter on a heavier rotating part. It’s a purpose-built machine for automotive gauge manufacturers producing needle assemblies at volume.
