Dual Station HVAC Fan Module Balancer
This dual-station HVAC fan module balancer is built on BTI’s hard-bearing platform measurement system, with two balancing stations running in parallel to support higher-rate HVAC blower production than a single-station machine allows. The hard-bearing platform gives a stiff, high-frequency measurement reference suited to the fan and blower wheel geometries common in HVAC equipment. Running two stations lets manufacturers scale throughput without adding a second stand-alone machine.
